Join your fellow alumni for a Hopkins in the Kitchen experience with a private brioche & sticky buns class with Flour Bakery! In this hands on brioche class, we'll start with a demonstration that explains all of the basic principles behind this buttery enriched dough, and a demonstration of how to roll and assemble sticky buns. You'll then pair up with a partner to mix brioche and shape your own sticky buns to bake at home! You'll return home with a thorough understanding of how to make and work with brioche, as well as your dough and sticky buns from class! 

Flour's NEW! classroom is located in the TriMark Innovation Center located in the Innovation Design Building in Boston's Seaport. Parking is plentiful. Enter through 21 Drydock lobby and take the elevator to the 5th floor. Lite lunch fare and drinks will also be provided during the class.
