Members of the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association DO NOT pay mandatory dues to be members. Your benefits and services are funded each year from donations to the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association. Handshake - Johns Hopkins' career services platform
Handshake is a powerful career services platform that connects job posters and job seekers at all career stages. Offered across all nine academic divisions of Johns Hopkins, Handshake is a one-stop-shop career tool, allowing job seekers to create an online profile and access openings posted by approved employers—a group that numbers 50,000 across all industries—and sorted for their particular interests and experience. You can also access Handshake through OneHop Alumni, the online alumni directory, from the Resources Tab.
Transcripts and Diplomas
Recent grads have 180 days to access their transcripts using SIS. Once your JHED deactivates, you can request your official transcripts through our third party partner, the National Student Clearinghouse. You can request for electronic copies or additional hard copies of your diploma by visiting the University Registrar's website.

Hopkins KnowledgeNET®
Graduated? You have 180 days to access your student library resources. Once you're JHED deactivates, your library resources (as well as all other programs tied to your JHED), will be deactivated. Click here to view a full list of the KnowledgeNET® resources.
The Alumni Association, through the Sheridan Libraries, offers valuable online resources such as Hopkins KnowledgeNET®, which provides alumni around the world with unrestricted access to news, academic resources, reference materials, licensed databases, and links to other collections of online material.

Attend (and watch the recording of) the annual "College Bound" info session held during Homewood's onsite Reunion and Alumni Weekend. Check back here in early January 2025 when we announce our in-person info session dates during Alumni Weekend 2025, April 4-6.
Ralph S. O’Connor Recreation Center

Certificate holders, post-baccalaureate attendees, CTY alumni, and Peabody Prep alumni are not considered alumni of the university by the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association.
