Join fellow alumni and friends for a Hopkins in the Kitchen cooking class! Registered attendees will have a hands-on class experience where you'll focus in on technique, and have the opportunity to customize for the novice to advanced cook. We'll take on an adventurous Georgia On My Mind themed menu featuring:

  • Fried-Green Tomatoes with Pimento Cheese
  • Pecan-Cornmeal Chicken with Hot Buerre-Blanc
  • Smoked Gouda Cheese Grits
  • Braised Collard Greens
  • Bourbon Cake with Salted Caramel

You'll have an opportunity to take on one of these delicious courses under the guidance of their skilled chefs. The program will start at 4:00pm with a wine and cheese reception followed by a brief overview of the class itself.
