Carey Polis, A&S '07 Biography

Carey is the Senior Web Editor for Bon Appétit magazine. Prior to joining BA, she was the Food Editor for The Huffington Post. Carey received her Masters Degree in Food Culture & Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy and received her BA in Writing Seminars from Hopkins. She is always game for an aperol spritz and eats more cheese than you.
