Gregg Semenza wins 2019 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine

Another feather in the Johns Hopkins cap - Gregg Semenza from Johns Hopkins Medicine receives a #NobelPrize in Physiology or Medicine for his discoveries on how cells respond to low oxygen levels. He shares the award, considered the most prestigious science award in the world, with Harvard's William G. Kaelin Jr. and Sir Peter J. Ratcliffe of Oxford University: https://hub.jhu.edu/2019/10/07/gregg-semenza-nobel-prize-physiology-medicine/
