Sponsored by the Women of Hopkins LA Affinity

Join the Women of Hopkins LA for tea and a talk at Madeline Garden with special guest, author, and alumna, Luci Gabel (Business '03). Through her business, LuciFit, LLC, Luci helps leaders to be more integrated and satisfied with their work, and become truly inspirational and motivational to those they lead. She has over 20 ears of experience in leadership, including entrepreneurship, startups, private companies, and the Department of Defense. She also has advanced degrees in nutrition and exercise physiology. Luci will share the secrets to what it takes to be an exceptional leader and how to balance a successful career with mind and body health.

Luci has also written a book, Eat to Lead, and we will raffle a copy to one lucky winner. Luci wrote this book, because she's been there! She's struggled with food choices, tried almost all of the diets, and none of them got her the results she wanted and needed. So, she went back to school to learn and the nutrition knowledge she gained helped her do what it takes to excel at work, maintain her physical fitness, and keep her health and high energy throughout the physical and mental challenges that life presents. Her book shares a better understanding of how your body works with food. You'll be able to choose food that gives you more energy, look your best, and enjoy life!
