SAIS SWAN DC - Mastering Your Elevator Pitch

The SAIS Women’s Alumni Network (SWAN) DC invites you to a ‘Pitch Perfect’ skills workshop. Join us to learn how to answer the dreaded question, “So, what do you do?” In this interactive workshop, we will share all the ingredients you need to create your perfect pitch: what goes into a memorable pitch, how to structure it, tailor your story and leverage your body language for your audience. During the evening, you will also practice your pitch, receive live feedback so you can tell it authentically and leave with a customizable pitch that you can apply in the real world. Registration is $25 ($20 if you register before May 8) – includes a dinner reception (vegetarian and gluten-free options available). This session takes place in the Bernstein-Offit Building 500, 1717 Massachusetts Avenue NW.
