Join members of the JHU Class of ‘99 at Uptown Spirit, a socially minded speakeasy in Harlem, for a night of good drinks, good people, while raising funds for a good cause: Johns Hopkins University! Co-Founded by Sage Ramadge (A&S ‘99) and Jake Boritt (A&S ‘98), Uptown Spirit curates a community of forward thinking New Yorkers who like unique experiences and great company.

February’s Uptown Spirit event will feature a new premium whiskey brand from Korea that is being launched by JHU Alum Sally Kim (A&S ‘99). Sally has worked with a 3rd generation Korean spirits distiller to bring this product to the US market. Guests will be among the first people in the world to taste the 4-year aged whiskey along with as a range of cocktails mixed with the unaged version of the whiskey. Light bites to complement the beverages will be served, along with a selection of wines.

Tickets are $50 with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the JHU Class of ‘99’s Scholarship Fund and the 20th Reunion.
