  • Hopkins Portland, OR

Join fellow alumni and friends as we come together for another service opportunity! Our Hopkins team will head towards the coast line to assist with a Cannon Beach Cleanup led by SOLVE whose mission is simple: to bring Oregonians together to improve our environment and build a legacy of stewardship. As they celebrate their 50th anniversary, this event will be a part of the annual Spring Oregon Beach Cleanup, a statewide effort to keep your beaches free of harmful litter.

To signup, please follow these steps:
    1) If you don't have an account yet through SOLVE, please create an account here
    2) Once your account has been created, signup for the event here (bottom of page). Please note on your registration that you are a part of Johns Hopkins University Alumni.
    3) Please read and sign this waiver prior to your arrival and have a copy printed to turn in.
    4) If your child/student needs to verify hours: Student Community Service Credit Form

Please note that the minimum age requirement is 13+ and must be accompanied by an adult. If under the age of 18 with no adult, they must have this SOLVE Youth Volunteer Permission and Waiver Form filled out to participate.

  • Gather with fellow alumni for a reception with newly admitted students. Enjoy appetizers and conversation at Finders Keepers, Suite 112, 10 Xindong Road, Chaoyang District. We also continue in our global celebration of Johns Hopkins SAIS and its 75th Anniversary this year.
