The lessons here teach how to achieve the best on the grill using a little knowledge & skill. Join us to prepare a six-course meal of Grilled Steak & Vegetable Salad; Tequila Grilled Shrimp; Blackened Chicken; Grilled Tomato Pizzettes with Basil &Fontina Cheese; Fresh Vegetable Quesadillas with Corn Relish, & Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Scallions. Dessert is Grilled Peach Melba (fresh Peaches with Raspberry Sauce).
